Classroom and Library Assistance
Volunteers serve in classrooms in all curricular areas to assist teachers, by providing both individualized and group instruction to students. Classroom assistants can help motivate students to stay on task, monitor class work completion, and facilitate discussions. In some cases volunteers assist with the development of curriculum, teaching and administrative tasks. Volunteers also assist in the CRLS library with checking out and shelving books, helping students with resources, and working at the front desk.
