This list of resources on mindfulness emerged from a May 6th, 2014 workshop for volunteers, parents, and teachers. Cambridge School Volunteers hosted the workshop during Cambridge’s Screen-Free/Screen-Wise Week.

Dr. Susan Pollak, clinical instructor at Harvard Medical School/Cambridge Health Alliance, recently presented a “Mindfulness and School Stress” workshop to volunteers, teachers, and Cambridge parents. Cambridge School Volunteers hosted Dr. Pollak’s workshop as part of Cambridge’s Screen-Free/Screen-Wise Week 2014, Cambridge’s version of national Screen-Free Week.
