In this workshop you will learn the predictable pathways young writers take when moving from scribbling to writing extended texts of all kinds. With this information you will be equipped to coach students in grades K-2 in writing more proficiently. You will also learn the architecture of a writing conference and have a chance to practice conferring using student work.
