Hong Kong Restaurant in Harvard Square provided a delicious supper for sixty volunteers at CSV’s training event last night. Here, Laura Margosian of Cambridge School Volunteers thanks Paul Lee, manager/owner of the Hong Kong Restaurant in Cambridge for his generous food donation. The lavish meal was greatly enjoyed by volunteer tutors and mentors during a December 12th training event. Paul’s father Sen Lee came to the US from China and fought in World War Two. He established the Hong Kong in 1954. Paul grew up in the restaurant with his siblings and “remembers working at the front desk since he was eight years old.” The Hong Kong owns its own building and has another location at Fanueil Hall.
